You can choose your preferred speed at checkout. Orders over £50 qualify for free standard tracked delivery. Orders under £50 are charged a flat £4.95. Please note that delivery times start from the moment the item is dispatched, not the moment you order.

1. How Your Kit Gets To You

Our fast, fully tracked delivery via Royal Mail follows a simple four-step process:

Step 1 — Place Your Order. Choose your test kit and complete checkout securely on our website.

Step 2 — Same-Day Dispatch. Orders placed before 3:00 PM Monday to Friday are picked, packed, and handed to Royal Mail the same afternoon. Orders placed after 3:00 PM, on weekends, or on UK Bank Holidays are dispatched on the next working day.

Step 3 — Royal Mail Tracked Delivery. Delivery typically takes 1–3 working days from dispatch. 90% of kits arrive within 24 hours. Your tracking number is emailed to you as soon as the dispatch label is generated.

Step 4 — Kit Arrives At Your Door. Everything you need is inside the box. Collect your sample at home or at a clinic and post it back to the laboratory using the pre-paid return packaging provided.
